Meet Your Counselors
Stef McAlpin holds a master's degree in counseling from the University of Nebraska Omaha and holds a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education K-12 from the University of Nebraska Kearney. Stef is K-12 certified school counselor, and a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner. She is an experienced school counselor with a demonstrated history of working in education for 24 years. Stef is skilled in research, solution-focused counseling, strengths-based individual counseling, facilitation of data-driven small groups, and staff development for crisis prevention.

Janice Saunders

Janice has been in the education field for 31 years with experience as a biology teacher and K-6 counselor. Janice is skilled in solution-focused counseling, strengths-based individual counseling and working with individuals on goal setting.

She is a provisionally licensed mental health practitioner, and a K-12 certified school counselor. Traci is skilled in relationship building, data-driven small groups, solution-focused counseling, and working with individual students on goal setting.
Mandy Boesch holds a master’s degree in school counseling from the University of Nebraska – Kearney and a bachelor’s degree in Middle Grades Education from Wayne State College. Mandy is a PK-8 certified school counselor. She has been in the education field for ten years with experience as a middle school science and social studies teacher, as well as a school counselor. Mandy is skilled in building relationships, advocating for students, facilitating small groups, and strengths-based individual counseling.
